This month’s #LibraryDucks are inspired by Mario and friends. We have Big Bro standing in for Mario, Little Bro for Luigi, Peaches as Princess Peach and Todd for Toad. Stop by the library to play the scavenger hunt and claim your very own super star bookmark. We also have special Ducky trading cards featuring our newest quacks friends.

The year of gaming recommendations has come to a close, so I’ll be sharing more than gaming recommendations each month. See what my colleagues and I are sharing out this month here…
This month I recommend The Super Mario Brothers Movie. Mostly to tie into our Super Ducky friends, but also because it’s a fun and colorful romp for the whole family. I wasn’t sold on this one initially and there were some casting choices that didn’t thrill me, but, at the end of the day, I’ve always just had a ton of fun whenever I pop this one on. Jack Black is very silly as Bowser and I loved Charlie Day as Luigi. The next installment of this video game franchise on the silver screen will be The Super Mario Galaxy Movie coming to theaters this April.
